Relaxing property, has highly professional and hard-working staff specially the Egyptian receptionist who thinks he is a pharaoh. Functional, new-fashioned room, practical location. Good restaurant, with breakfast and friendly restaurant staff. Easy check-in, parking onsite. The pool is clean and relaxing too.

It boasts stunning location short walk to the centre of Sur, restaurants open till 2 am and the sea side. Besides, Sunaysilah Fort is 10 minutes' drive away.

The location of this hotel really close to the Oman National Transport bus station, fishermen's activities and a cafe was unbeatable. I didn't want to leave and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Had enjoyable experience, really enjoyed the service.
Fairly clean place, staff was pleasant. I was offered a savoury breakfast with special dishes prepared on demand by the chef. The location was remote, amazing near the centre of Sur. What's more, it was near restaurant and karak, the beach or the water and sights such as Wadi Tiwi great for dragonflies.

I found the hotel's location amazing and unbeatable, near to other tourist attractions, all shops and restaurants and common areas. It also was close to the sea. An electric kettle and refrigerators in my superior queen room were a very thoughtful addition.

For the price we paid, our stay at the hotel was definitely worth it. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the peacefulness and privacy of the location. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure that all our needs were met.
